Invoice written out by Scotty Moore (Elvis's former guitar player) who worked at Sun as a recording engineer in the 60's. He had created a tape of Jerry's "Lewis Boogie" and "End of the Road" to send to London Records (UK Decca) who needed a release to tie in with Jerry's 1964 tour. Jerry promoted the record on the TV Programme "Ready Steady Go". |
